After the drums kick in, it really isn't that bad

The guitar sound is really raw, but not in a desirable way (for me and these are my only my tastes). Perhaps, the treble is overpowering everything else, but I just feel that the sound is a little sound is a little too tinny. That and the amp sound when you're not playing guitar is a bit like "Ewwww, I you're guitar amp's pants have a hole in it." Again totally a matter of personal taste.

Nice drum work. They sound like real, fucking studio drums. That's an accomplishment with anything you're using (midi, drum machine midi, or actual drums). I especially love the drum rolls. This is a legit Pop Punk Song. Or it is turning out to be. I'll actually have to listen to the finished version of this, because the arranging in this well done. With a little polishing this would not be out of place with anything else kids are bopping to these day over the radio waves.

Nice job man.

Trunks responds:

It's really raw because at this house all I have is a near-broken 15 watt line 6 amp :] And besides, I just had a little microphone recording it.

Thanks a lot man, for the review. It means a lot for anyone to like what I do. :D

Drums not Meshing

If the drums did anything other than quarter note hits, it sounded slightly off. However, I realize you might be lining everything up perfectly on whatever program you are using. This might be a matter of personal taste, but the tune was otherwise insanely catchy. I wish there was more development of the theme though.

youll have to explain a bit more to me about the drum thing. Thanx for the review I want to add more this was a test for me to see how fast I could make a song and it took 2 hours! I actually got the undernotes from another song I made. Im glad you enjoyed it.

Do you have a better microphone?

You obviously have a great control over you voice but, I wouldn't want you to voice act for me unless you could get a clear recording without the fuzz. Did you convert the audio to the smallest mp3 possible?

GraFFmashterFrlecks responds:

'fraid I'm technologically impared, lacking in funds, and absolutely n00bish to boot. I'll work on it though. This was just to get my name out there.
Thanks for the suggestion.

Vocals too Present

The vocals were recorded too loud, and there is probably clipping in the actual recording process, but if you took some out of the High-Mids and maybe some bass in the EQing of the actual vocal tracks, it might sound alright. Also, your microphone is most likely less than desirable, but great microphones aren't growing on trees.

Just try some EQing on those vocals and it might help out. Also, try not to record directly into the microphone because you pick up plosives, and try not to rap too loud that the audio clips.

The beat was alright, and the rap was a bit bland.

Thats whats poppin bruh thanks 4 the advice

Midi-Tastic

It's midi-tastic. Arranging is somewhat decent. It just sounds too midi. Perhaps EQing and other after-effects could help with that. It also gets a bit stale after the electric piano solo.

Surprising in Spite of Table

I never expected this from a title so incredibly stupid. However, this was done extremely well done. I love the production. The only pet peeves are the introduction and there is no punch-line to your lyrics. I'm kind of unsure what this was about after listening to it twice, nor is there anything memorable in the lyrics themselves. But nice track.
